What can I expect during a physiotherapy session?

Why don't you write a blog?

Thank you for your confidence. We do stay updated with the science as best as we can however with so many conditions and so much information out there we believe a personal approach is best.

What do I wear?

Wear sports clothing - The physiotherapist will have to assess the region and perhaps surrounding area to diagnose your problem.

Do I need a scan?

In non emergency situations a scan may not be necessary and your problem can be clinically diagnosed and treated without an expensive investigation.

Do you take insurance?

We only take direct payments at present. Check with your insurer/company what the conditions are to claim back your physiotherapy. You may need a GP or Specialist referral or your physiotherapist may have to be from one of the insurer/company's panel.
